Do you remember high school algebra? Quadratic equations with x and y variables? And then the z’s came!

With a stack of newly sharpened number 2s and our knees bent up against our cramped student chair desks, we learned as individuals – seeing who could solve the equations with speed and accuracy.

Learning in business is different.

We lean on others in our organizations to share their experience and learnings with us as we grow through our careers.

We make mistakes and individuals in our organization work with us to regroup and resolve the issues.

We work together in agile teams brainstorming, building, and implementing plans to respond to ever-changing business requirements or regulations.

And – we learn from others outside our organizations.
